Berry Peach Sangria is full of summery fruit and made with white wine to make it a refreshingly perfect adult beverage for warm weather with no added sugar

Disclosure: I might make a commission for purchases made through links in this post at no extra cost to you.

I have some white wine sangria for my third day of drinks to celebrate my 5th Anniversary of Turning 21 Week.

[Be sure to check out the Red Roosters, Jalapeño Margaritas, Mojito Limeades, and Piña Coladas!]

Berry Peach Sangria to be exact.

It's full of summery fruit, and the white wine makes it refreshingly perfect for a hot afternoon/evening.

I love sangria for a few reasons: It's more fun than regular wine; I love the drunk fruit; and it is great for entertaining.

You can stretch one bottle of wine to make 6-8 glasses instead of 4. #frugalentertaining

Sangria is also great for entertaining because it's a recipe you can make in advance, and this recipe easily doubles to serve more.

Just make sure you have a really large pitcher.

While most sangria recipes call for added sugar, I skipped that and just added extra fruit and some orange liquor for a little extra flavor. I feel like added sugar mixed with alcohol is a recipe for a hangover.

Also make sure you use a wine that you like.

    Don't use a crappy $3 bottle.

Since you only need one, you can splurge on the $8 bottle ๐Ÿ™‚ ha but in all seriousness, you want a wine that you would drink without any add-ins.

    White wine sangria with berries

I typically use Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio for my white wine sangria.

According to these White Wine Basics from Wine Enthusiast Magazine, Sauvignon Blanc has peach and citrus flavors, which I thought worked perfectly nice in my Berry Peach Sangria.

Just so you know, this sangria is awesome.

My intern Therese and I drank this yesterday afternoon while we worked, and it is G-O-O-D goooooooooood.

And it only had time to sit for about 2 hours, so it doesn't need to be made too far in advance like most sangria needs.

Oh and the drunk peaches, strawberries, and blackberries are absolutely amazing!

    Highly recommend this stuff!
