Caramel Apple Tequila Punch is a fall recipe with only 5 ingredients. A great way to enjoy tequila that isn't a margarita
I added something that I always connect to the flavors of fall: cinnamon. I must say the beverage was delicious and I am not a big tequila drinker.
The first thing I did was make Homemade Caramel Sauce that Meme had posted before with a different apple nachos.
This was particularly tough for me because it made me partake in something I am not fond of: patience. There is a lot of stirring and a lot of waiting for the caramel sauce to thicken.
When it comes to the apple portion you can either use apple juice or apple cider. This time I chose 100% apple juice and was pleased with the outcome. As for the caramel, I poured it into the drink but if you desire you can coat the rim with the sugary sauce!
The real taste test was with my roommates and I knew it was a good one when the glass was empty in five minutes and we made plans to make the beverage next game day!
