Loaded Greek Hummus from Living Well Kitchen @memeinge

It's a total crowd pleaser, and it's a cinch to make.

You can load it with as much or as little as you want. You can go all out - feta, tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, lemon zest, olives, parsley - or not.

You're in charge and can add whatever you want depending on what your group likes.

Recently, my sister and I made this with two little bowls. Use about 1 cup of hummus per bowl - or about 1 (7-8 ounce) container of hummus. You can also make your own hummus.

One had olives, the other didn't. I like doing this because you can customize it depending on people's preferences. I used to hate olives (weird, huh?) but now I love them.

Just not on my pizza. Never put olives on my pizza thankyouverymuch.

Seeing as you're here for a quick recipe, I feel no need to talk too much.

This is delish and easy and healthy and a good appetizer in a pinch or when you want to make something you know will be enjoyed.

Customizing hummus like this is such a great idea Meme! Olives are pretty much the only food that my husband doesn't like so the two versions you showed would be perfect for us!
