While cereal & milk is a perfectly good breakfast (but pretty boring), I don't always want that. Even though mornings can be quite busy, I want to enjoy my breakfast. Enter Quick French Toast

This Quick French Toast recipe couldn't be much easier, and it's pretty healthy, too. Whole grain bread and an egg are both great breakfast items. Eggs are an inexpensive source of protein, and whole grain bread gives your body the necessary fiber. Both provide your body with healthy vitamins and minerals.
To make this easy, I like to prepare it the night before and leave it in the refrigerator, or I'll make it and let the bread soak up the vanilla, cinnamon, egg-y goodness while I am on a morning walk. Either way, once the preparation is done, it will take you less than 10 minutes to make this breakfast.
Serve your Quick French Toast with a glass of milk or some fruit for extra nutrients. Enjoy!
