    So, today is the last day of salad dressing week.

    I've made Lemon-herb vinaigrette {so easy!}, Caesar salad dressing {with Fried Green Tomatoes}, or Blue cheese {my personal fav}

    If you feel like I missed one of the most common salad dressing, Ranch, then don't you worry. Today is all about Ranch dressing.

    It is so easy to make it healthier. I'd actually go as far as saying it's not just healthier - it's healthy!

    I mean, it's plain yogurt {read: no added sugar} with some spices.

    No mayo. No buttermilk. No scary Ranch dressing packet with maltodextrin as its first ingredient plus MSG, calcium stearate, artificial flavor, and carboxymethyl cellulose. {Feel free to Google those things to figure out what in the world all that means...}

    WHY is all of that in a packet of Ranch dressing mix?!?!

    Since I can't do anything to change that... I just do it myself. And it's just as good.

    Just say no to the Ranch dressing packet, and make the Ranch dressing yourself.

    To further entice you to make this Ranch dressing, I decided to pair it with some Buffalo Chicken Wraps.

    They are the perfect summertime anytime meal {lunch, dinner, appetizer, whatever}. Light, refreshing, healthy, and filling.

    Oh how I love them.

    You are crazy if you don't try them.

    Well, at least make the dressing...but you really should just go ahead and make both 🙂

      LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! The Buffalo Chicken Wrap is a keeper! Such great flavor- I am always on the lookout for a new way to serve chicken. Great job, Meme!
      Will definitely prepare this dish again 🙂
      ( I have to admit that I was in a time crunch, so I used a rotisserie chicken purchased from my local grocery store)

        Oh, I'm so glad you liked it!! Using a rotisserie chicken is great idea; it's great when you don't have time or just don't feel like cooking!
