This creamy frozen treat tastes just like a Frosty from Wendy's


A friend from my dietetic internship gave me this recipe.
I was a little skeptical at first; the ingredients aren't your typical homemade ice cream ingredients.
But it tastes so much like a frosty! You will love it!
One thing to note: You do need an ice cream maker, but this recipe alone could be reason enough to go out and get one.
It is so gooooood! So good!

Homemade Frosty
This creamy frozen treat tastes just like a Frosty from Wendy's

Ingredients
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 16 ounce tub Cool Whip slightly thawed
- ยฝ gallon chocolate milk {Nestle Low Fat is the best for this recipe}
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and Cool Whip.
- Slowly whisk in the chocolate milk, and stir until everything is well incorporated.
- Refrigerate mixture for 30-60 minutes.
- Add to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Enjoy fresh from the ice cream maker or transfer to a container and freeze.
Notes
*This keeps in your freezer for about 1-2 months.
