The super easy lemon vinaigrette recipe is ready in under 5 minutes and is very flavorful
This lemon vinaigrette could not be much easier.
I know I say that about a lot of recipes, but this is so quick.
I almost feel bad making this its own post, but it's a great recipe that I think you need to know {if you don't have a good salad dressing already}.
You can use any herbs you like. I really like thyme and lemon together. I think they complement each other well.
Rosemary is also really good with the lemon. Sometimes I go a little crazy and do both rosemary & thyme haha.

Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 TBSP white vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary
- pinch salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, and mustard.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while constantly whisking.
- Stir in herbs and salt & pepper to taste
