This easy-to-make Raspberry Vinaigrette is not only deliciously healthy, it makes me want to eat a salad every day.
Fruits and veggies are full of heart-healthy goodness like antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, and anti-inflammatory powers.
Raspberries are one powerful berry. For one cup of raspberries, you get 8g fiber. Eight grams! Eight! That's almost a third of the amount of fiber you need in one day.
Fiber is super beneficial for heart health... it can lower bad cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and decrease your risk of heart disease and diabetes.
Plus, raspberries are an excellent source of Vitamin C and flavonoids (which can fight heart disease, cancer, and inflammation).
They also have no sodium and taste really really delicious.
Isn't it refreshing that there are foods out there that taste wonderful and are also great for your health?! Those are the kinds of things that make me really happy.
This easy-to-make Raspberry Vinaigrette is not only deliciously healthy, it makes me want to eat a salad every day.
