white miso paste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400*F. Line a baking sheet with foil or grease a baking dish. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet or in the baking dish.
Mix the miso paste, soy sauce, and honey together. Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets.
Bake the salmon for about 10-15 minutes until done, basting the salmon with the glaze halfway through baking time. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
*Use tamari sauce in place of soy sauce for a gluten-free version.
