In a bowl, stir together sliced pepperoncini peppers, pimentos, black olives, pimento stuffed olives, and kalamata olives.
Slice the hot dog buns in half, lengthwise. Scoop out some of the bread on the bottom half. Fill with olive mixture. Top with five or six slices of salami, then one slice of provolone, then two slices of prosciutto.
Spread one tablespoon of hummus on the other half of the hot dog bun and put it on top of the prosciutto. Slice the sandwich into thirds. Repeat with remaining hot dog buns and ingredients.
