Ingredients
25 ozcans tunadrained
½cupplain Greek yogurt
2tablespoonlemon juice
½teaspoondried oregano
⅛teaspoonwhite pepper
⅛teaspooncayenne pepper
1tablespoonfresh chopped oregano
1clovegarlicminced
¼cupchopped Kalamata oliveschopped
½cupdiced red onion
½cupdiced cucumber
½cupchopped grape tomatoes
3ozfeta cheesecrumbled
Instructions
Stir together tuna, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried oregano, white pepper, cayenne pepper, fresh oregano, and minced garlic. Stir in kalamata olives.
Fold in red onion, cucumber, grape tomatoes, and feta cheese until combined.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Serve on a sandwich, with sliced veggies or crackers.
