Ingredients
1pintstrawberries
¼cupcoconut oil
¼cupmaple syrup
½cupcocoa powderunsweetened
1teaspooncinnamon
½teaspooncayenne pepper
⅛teaspoonsea saltor kosher salt
2tablespoonpumpkin seedschopped, optional
Instructions
Wash strawberries, and dry well. Line a tray with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
Heat coconut oil for about 30 seconds in microwave or over low heat in a small saucepan, until melted. Stir in maple syrup. Stir in cocoa powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt. Do not over mix.
Dip strawberries into mixture, coating all sides. Place on the parchment paper lined plate, and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds if using. Repeat with remaining strawberries.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to let chocolate harden. Enjoy!

*Use ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper for a chocolate that is not as spicy.*One pint strawberries has about 16 strawberries.
