Add onion, garlic, green chiles, and chicken broth to a food processor and pulse until combined. Pour half of the mixture into the bottom of a slow cooker.
Put the pork into the slow cooker.
Stir together the chili powder, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle over pork.
Top pork with remaining onion mixture. Cover and cook on Low for 6-7 hours or High for 3-4 hours.
Remove pork from sauce and shred. Return shredded pork to sauce.
Serve with optional toppings on a bed of lettuce or in tortillas or lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
