green tea bag

almost boiling water

ice-cold water

plain Greek yogurt
6 ounces

frozen mango
Instructions
Pour almost boiling water over green tea. Let steep for about 5 minutes.
Take out tea bag and add very cold/ice water to tea. Let cool. {You can do this step the night before and keep the tea in the refrigerator}
Add the yogurt and mango to a blender. Pour over the tea + cold water.
Blend until completely smooth. Add more water or ice if needed.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
