Ingredients

bagel
whole grain
▢

tablespoon
veggie cream cheese
or plain cream cheese
▢

tablespoon
red onion
sliced, about ⅛ of onion
▢

oz
smoked salmon
▢

hard-boiled egg
sliced
Instructions
Slice the
bagel
in half. Spread
cream cheese
on both sides of bagel.
Top with red onion slices, salmon, and egg. Cut in half. Enjoy!

Note: I used 1 tablespoon each of
spinach cream cheese and roasted red pepper cream cheese
