yeast rolls, 12 rolls

cottage cheese

unsalted chicken broth

Instructions
Cut the rolls in half and put on a foil lined 9x13 baking sheet or baking dish.
Blend cottage cheese in a food processor. Stir in garlic powder. Spread cottage cheese mixture on both sides of the rolls.
Top with slices of ham and pieces of cheese. Cover with tops.
Whisk together the butter, broth, poppyseeds, onions, mustard, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour mixture over the top of the filled sandwiches. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover sandwiches. Bake 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 10 minutes.
