Pecan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Tasty side dish of roasted Brussels sprouts with pecans

  • 1 TBSP butter melted
  • 1 lb brussels sprouts trimmed & halved
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans


  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Toss all of the ingredients except the pecans together. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet, and roast for 15 minutes.
  • Stir Brussels sprouts and add in pecans. Roast another 5-10 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are lightly browned.


Note: Substitute olive or avocado oil for a vegan option instead of using butter
