Cold Veggie Pizza with a cream cheese base covered in sliced veggie for a tasty appetizer or lunch

Ingredients
8ozpizza doughwhole grain
4ozcream cheeseroom temperature
¼cupplain greek yogurt
1teaspoondried parsley
¼teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspoongarlic powder
1cupfresh mushroomssliced
1cupfresh zucchinisliced
½cupcarrotsshredded
½cuproasted bell pepperschopped
2tablespoonbasilminced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375*F. Stretch out dough into a thin layer onto a greased baking sheet or a pizza stone.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until done. Let cool.
In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and yogurt. Add in parsley, paprika and garlic powder until completely combined.
Spread mixture onto cool pizza crust.
Top with sliced veggies. Cut into pieces, and enjoy!
Notes
*Recipe tested using whole wheat pizza dough, reduced-fat cream cheese and whole fat plain Greek yogurt*I use about 1 teaspoon of avocado oil to grease the baking sheet
