Place your crackers on a plate. Slice the beet in half lengthwise, and make enough slices for the amount of crackers you have. (ex: 14 slices of beets for 14 crackers)
Spread goat cheese onto crackers.
Top with a roasted beet slice and a piece of walnut. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!

*I had 14 crackers, so I sliced the beet into 14 pieces and used 7 walnut halves that I broke in half. *This recipe is easy to double, triple, or for however many people you need.
