Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except the walnuts. Stir in the walnuts, and make sure they are all completely coated.
Put the walnuts on the lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, making sure the nuts do not burn. Cool completely on the baking sheet.

Wrap in individual treat bags as gifts or put in a festive bowl for an appetizer.Feel free to use other nuts like pecans, almonds, or even mixed nuts. Just be sure that you use raw, unsalted nuts!
