sliced

bell peppers

fresh spinach

Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage, and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer to sausage to a plate.
Add bell peppers and onions the skillet and sauté for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
Stir in mushrooms and sauté until mushrooms release their juices, about 7 minutes.
Add in garlic and spinach and cook until spinach reduces, about 3 minutes.
Add in reserved sausage and cook for 5 minutes until warmed through. Enjoy!
