1poundBrussels sproutshalved or quartered
½teaspoonsalt
1clovegarlicminced
¼cupchopped pecans
3tablespoonshoney
1teaspoonsriracha sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easier clean-up.
Toss the Brussels sprouts with oil and salt onto the baking sheet.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Add minced garlic and chopped pecans, and stir together.
Remove from oven and toss honey and sriracha sauce with the Brussels sprouts until coated.
