Ingredients
12ouncescooked chicken breastchopped or shredded (about 4 cups loosely packed)
½cupGreek yogurtplain
¼cupwing sauce
¼teaspoongarlic powder
⅛teaspoonred pepper flakes
½cupdiced celery(2 stalks)
¼cupminced fresh parsleyor cilantro
2ouncesblue cheesecrumbled (about ½ cup)
Instructions
Chop or shred the chicken, and set aside.
Whisk together Greek yogurt, wing sauce, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until completely combined.
Add in shredded chicken, and stir until completely combined.
Stir in celery, parsley, and blue cheese.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Enjoy!
Notes
*Makes 3 cups*I use the tiniest pinch of salt to enhance the flavor just a little bit. Can easily be omitted.*Keep covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days.*Recipe based on this one from PreventionRD
