For the Chicken:

For the Gravy:

butter

garlic

green onions

chicken broth

cornstarch

plain yogurt
or sour cream
Instructions
For the chicken:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breast on both sides with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add to the hot skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until it easily releases from the skillet.
Flip and cook on the other side until the chicken is done. Set aside.
For the gravy:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the garlic and green onions, and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in 1 cup of broth, and simmer for 5 minutes. Scrape up any browned bits into the broth.
Meanwhile, whisk together cornstarch and remaining ½ cup broth. Let simmer and thicken, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
Once it thickens to your desired consistency, remove from heat and stir in yogurt.
Serve chicken with gravy.

*Makes about 1.25 cups of gravy
*One serving is 1 cooked chicken breast + about ⅓ cup gravy
