1poundbroccoliniwashed & chopped
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonminced garlicabout 3 garlic cloves
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonred pepper flakes
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add chopped broccolini, and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from hot water immediately.
Heat oil in a dutch oven or large skillet. Add broccolini, and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add in garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute. Remove from heat, and serve. Enjoy!
