Adding dried plums to this sausage and goat cheese pizza takes it from good to incredibly delicious

1mediumyellow bell pepperdiced
1mediumred bell pepperdiced
12ouncesthin pizza crusts(2 large pizza crusts)
Preheat oven to 450*F.
Heat a large skillet over medium. Add sausage to skillet. While cooking, break up with a spoon into sausage crumbles. Add diced yellow and red bell peppers, and sauté for 7 minutes until peppers are soft. Drain and set aside.
Sprinkle one ounce of mozzarella cheese over each pizza crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup dried plums on each pizza. Top each pizza evenly with sausage-bell pepper mixture. Crumble 2 ounces of goat cheese on each pizza.
Put pizzas directly into preheated oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crust is crispy.
Sprinkle each pizza evenly with parsley and enjoy!
*I used Italian chicken sausage*The goat cheese will not melt in the oven so judge the doneness by the crust being crispy and everything being warmed through.
