Ingredients
½cupalmond butteror any nut or seed butter
1tablespooncoconut oil
1tablespoonmaple syrup
¼cupmashed bananaabout ½ banana
1teaspoonvanilla extract
¼teaspoonsalt
¼cupcocoa powder
1cupoats
½cupunsweetened coconut flakes
⅛teaspoonsea saltoptional
Instructions
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with foil, parchment, or waxed paper. Set aside.
Put almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and mashed banana in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low until coconut oil is melted; stir to combine everything.
Remove from heat and add vanilla extract, salt, and cocoa powder. Whisk together and make sure it is all combined. Add the oats, and unsweetened coconut. Stir together.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Remove from baking dish and cut into 16 squares. Enjoy!
