Ingredients
6ozfresh raspberries about 1 ¼ cups
1clovegarlicminced
⅓cupred wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonground white pepper
¼cupextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed and process until smooth. Taste and add additional vinegar, oil, salt, and/or pepper as desired. Enjoy!
