These yummy little bites are the perfect starter for your Thanksgiving meal. They are simple and can be made in the toaster oven making them a great, warm appetizer to hold guests over before the feast.

1smallapplediced
1tablespoonhoney
1teaspoonfresh lemon juice
⅓cuppecanschopped

2packagesmini phyllo cupsabout 30
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Stir together the diced apple, honey, lemon juice, and pecans. Set aside.
Dice the Brie into small cubes {that will fit in the mini phyllo cups}; you can leave the rind on.
Put the phyllo cups on a baking sheet. Add a cube of Brie to each phyllo cup. Top with a teaspoon or two of the apple-pecan mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and phyllo cups are lightly browned.
Notes
*Any apple will be good in here. I used green apples, but use whatever you have.*Walnuts would make a great substitute for the pecans.*If you don't have lemon juice, you can just omit it. It adds great flavor but it's not mandatory.
