Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
Snap or cut ends off of asparagus. Cut bacon slices in half. Count asparagus and separate them in 8 sections. {You'll probably have about 4-5 stalks per section}.
Take a section of asparagus and tightly wrap one piece of the bacon around it. Place it on the prepared baking sheet seam side down. Repeat with remaining asparagus sections.
Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Carefully flip over to cook other side of bacon. Put back in the oven and roast for another 12-15 minutes, until bacon is crispy & done. Sprinkle with salt if using. Enjoy!
