butter
melted

brussels sprouts
trimmed & halved
▢

teaspoon
kosher salt

garlic
minced

chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Toss all of the ingredients except the pecans together. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet, and roast for 15 minutes.
Stir Brussels sprouts and add in pecans. Roast another 5-10 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are lightly browned.
Notes
Note: Substitute olive or avocado oil for a vegan option instead of using butter
