Ingredients

chopped cauliflower

part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese

shredded Parmesan cheese

teaspoon
dried oregano

red pepper flakes

salt-free Italian seasoning

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil & spray generously with non-stick spray.
Steam or microwave the cauliflower for a couple of minutes until it is softened but not mushy.
Drain & dry really well. {You want it to be very dry or it will run}
Mash with a fork or use a ricer. You don't want a puree, just mashed. You can use your fingers.
Stir in the egg, cheeses, and spices. Mix well.
Pat the mixture into a circle or rectangle on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Take pizza out, turn oven to broil, and top the pizza with your toppings of choice. Return to oven and broil for about 2 minutes until done.
Remove from oven, let cool 5 minutes, then cut into slices & serve.
