Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an un-greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
Using a fork, imprint a crisscross pattern on the cookies.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Be careful when removing from cookie sheet and transporting cookies because they are very delicate and will easily break/crumble.
Keep in an air tight container for up to 2 days.
