2(4-6 ounce)fillets of fishhalibut, catfish, tilapia
1cupmilk
⅓cupwalnutsor pecans or almonds
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonfresh thyme leaves

2teaspoonoilolive or avocado
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Put the fish in a bowl with the milk. Set aside.
Put the nuts in a mini food processor or chopper. Pulse until it turns into crumbs. Don't do it too long or it might turn into nut butter.
Put the nut crumbs, salt, salt-free seafood blend, thyme, and lemon zest in a shallow bowl or plate. Mix all together. Take fish out of the milk and shake off excess. Put fillets in crumb mixture and press crumbs onto fish.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium/med-high heat. Add the fish and cook 4 minutes. Flip fish over, and put in the preheated oven. Cook about 8-10 minutes until done; the fish will flake easily.
Serve with roasted vegetables! Enjoy!
