canola oil

chicken breasts

cup
balsamic vinegar
▢

tablespoon
honey
▢
½
teaspoon
salt
▢

teaspoon
pepper
▢
3-4
tablespoon
fresh basil
chopped
Instructions
Heat the oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook until lightly browned on one side for about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat and brown other side of chicken for another 5 minutes.
Stir in balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and basil. Cook for another minute, and serve
Serve over quinoa or whole wheat couscous. Enjoy!
