6ozchicken sausage, sliced
4cupsshredded cabbageabout 1/4 cabbage
Preheat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook in one even layer for 5 minutes, until browned on one side.
Stir and add in shredded cabbage. Stir often for about 5 minutes until cabbage is lightly browned and wilted.
Add water and mustard and stir to completely coat the sausage & cabbage. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has absorbed. Enjoy!
*You can add additional veggies or use another green in the place of the cabbage, like spinach or kale. *Make sure your sausage is dairy free if needed.*Use dijon mustard instead of spicy mustard if desired
