Lemon Thyme Roasted Salmon
This six ingredient salmon recipe is ready in less than 20 minutes and couldnâ€™t be much easier. Great served with a side of veggies and starch
1 lemon sliced
2 (5 ounce) salmon filets skin on
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Preheat the oven to 400*F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment for easier clean up
Arrange lemon slices on the baking sheet close together in a single layer.
Place the salmon on top of the lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with thyme
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until done. Enjoy!
