Mash the avocado with lime juice. Add the salt, and set aside.
Slice your tomatoes and let them sit on a towel to absorb some of their moisture (to keep your sandwich from being soggy).
Toast your bread if desired. Wash and dry the lettuce.
When ready to eat, assemble the sandwiches by spreading a thin layer of avocado on each slice of bread. Layer 4 slices with lettuce, sprinkle with a little salt. Top with bacon, sprinkle with a teeny bit of salt. Add the tomatoes, and season generously with black pepper and sprinkle with a little more salt. Then add a slice of bread (with the avocado facing the tomatoes) and cut in half. Enjoy!
*Add 1 teaspoon minced jalapeños to the mashed avocado for a little extra spice
