Quick and Easy French Toast that tastes delicious!
whole grain bread
optional toppings: 1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp butter
Mix egg, cinnamon, and vanilla together. Put bread in mixture. Allow it to soak for at least 30 minutes. Make sure to turn it a couple of times.
Heat a small skillet over medium-low heat. Spray with canola oil. Put bread in pan, and cook for 4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Serve with optional toppings, if desired.
*Recipe can easily be doubled or quadrupled
