Add the cocoa powder, coconut oil, and sugar to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, and stir well. It should be melted but you can always put it back in the microwave for another 5-10 seconds to make sure it's melted.
Add in vanilla extract and salt, and stir until completely dissolved and combined.
Meanwhile, arrange the potato chips on a plate or waxed paper {you want them close together so none of the chocolate is wasted}. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the chips and add sprinkles if using. Put in the refrigerator to harden the chocolate for about 2-5 minutes. Enjoy!
