Notes
*Any toppings you love are great. Some of my favorite toppings are granola, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts or pecans, sliced almonds, chia seeds, chocolate chips, edible flowers, fresh mint and fresh fruit.*Instead of the yogurt, you can use milk that has been frozen into ice cubes. This can replace the ice and the yogurt.Cold milk will also work, but you'll likely need an extra ½ cup of ice to make it thick enough to be served as a smoothie bowl.Another alternative is to use protein powder which can also make this smoothie vegan or dairy free depending on the type of protein powder you use. Add extra ½ cup ice and use ¼ cup water or juice from the can of peaches (use more if needed for the right consistency).*I recommend using two cans of peaches for the recipe, so you can use one for the smoothie and have additional peach slices to top the smoothie bowl. Keep leftover peaches in a glass or plastic container in the fridge.
