Ingredients
1green tea bag
1/2cupalmost boiling water
1/2cupvery cold/ice water
3/4cupplain Greek yogurt6 ounces
1cupfrozen mango
Instructions
Pour almost boiling water over green tea. Let steep for about 5 minutes. Take out tea bag and add very cold/ice water to tea. Let cool. {You can do this step the night before and keep the tea in the refrigerator}
Add the yogurt and mango to a blender. Pour over the tea + cold water. Blend until completely smooth. Add more water if needed. {You can add some honey but that will alter the nutrition facts}
