Ingredients
1.5poundslean ground beefat least 90/10
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonground black pepper
2teaspoongarlic powder
2teaspoondried parsley
4teaspoononion flakes
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
3tablespoonsmayonnaise
1 ½cupscheddar cheesefreshly grated, divided
2packages of dinner rolls12 each
½cupketchup
½cupmustard
24slicespicklesoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground beef & ground turkey breast.
Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce, mayo, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Separate the dinner rolls. Cut the dinner rolls open. Lay bottom half of rolls on large pieces of non-stick heavy-duty aluminum foil {or grease regular foil}.
Spread the ground beef mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Spread the beef mixture with mustard and ketchup. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheese over beef. Top with pickles. Cover with top half of rolls.
Tightly wrap the rolls, and place in the preheated oven.
Bake for 65 to 75 minutes.
Carefully unwrap rolls and separate into individual sliders. Enjoy!
Notes
*Look for 12-16 ounce packages of dinner rolls with 12 rolls.
