Turkey and Asparagus Roll Ups
Easy, two ingredient recipe that is gluten free, dairy free, and can be eaten as a snack, appetizer or light meal.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Add the asparagus, stir, and cook for two minutes.
Transfer to a bowl of ice water to cool.
Drain well and wrap about 4-6 spears of asparagus around 1-2 slices of turkey. Secure with a toothpick.
Repeat until all the turkey & asparagus have been used. Serve with honey mustard or some kind of sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
