Light and refreshing tuna lettuce wraps with an addicting avocado and blood orange salsa
Wanna know something strange?
I've never bought or even eaten a blood orange until now (or at least I don't remember ever having done so).
And if you've never had a blood orange, let me tell you that you are surely missing out as I was!
This week I happen to be celebrating avocados, so I thought it would be a great time to mix my new favorite citrus fruit with avocados which obviously make everything better.
And since it's starting to heat up in New Orleans, I wanted a refreshing meal. So I made lettuce wraps of course!

These are incredibly delicious and refreshing, the perfect warm-weather meal. Light but filling. Tasty but nourishing. You'll feel satisfied but not stuffed.
Then you'll want to make them again & again and keep this salsa in your fridge at all times to eat with chips, over eggs, or by itself.
This salsa is good.
But don't take my word for it, go ahead and make these ASAP.
Also, if you are trying to get more seafood into your life, this is a great way to do so!
